Goodbye 2021… the last couple of years have been tough for everyone and we hope you’ve all managed to have a better year than the last.
Looking back over the past year, we have had the privilege of undertaking a host of fantastic projects, as well as expanding our landlord portfolio.
We commenced the year with an end of tenancy refurbishment, with a quick turnaround timescale. This was made particularly difficult through the shortage of materials and a third lockdown during this time; despite these obstacles, we were successful in turning the property around in time and we were able to find a tenant quickly. The new tenant is happy in their new home and the landlord is pleased we were able to minimise their costs, through a quick completion.
A particular highlight of the past year for us has been the completion of the redevelopment property. Throughout this project, we had a few stumbling blocks, which included the pandemic, a shortage of materials throughout the industry and a complicated extension due to the location of drainage. However, this project was worth it and the property has been completely transformed from a dated property to a modern open-plan living space.
Towards the end of the year, we were delighted to have received an award notification of a new refurbishment project at a Dental Practice, we will be providing more information as the project progresses on both our social media pages and our redevelopment page.
As we look towards 2022, we will continue to expand and grow our business and we have some exciting opportunities coming up. However, we simply cannot do this without the wonderful support of our customers, their tenants, and our hard-working employees. We are delighted to have such a wonderful team of supporters and we really are grateful.
