Case Study
Insurance Project, Sevenoaks, Kent
We are delighted to be awarded this insurance project at a Dental Practice in Sevenoaks, Kent, through competitive tender. The property had suffered a fire and had extensive smoke and fire damage throughout. The works undertaken included:

• Smoke damage and fire damage mitigation measures using
specialist substances and redecorations
• Removal and renewal of suspended ceiling
• Specialist works to quarantine rooms within the surgery
• New kitchen installation
• New quarantine room installation
• Removal and replacements of partitions throughout
• Renewal of new WC
One of the key challenges we faced was the works were required to be undertaken out of hours, as parts of the dental practice were still able to operate. This meant we were limited to out of hours working, however, we are pleased to reported this project was completed on time.
